Special seasonal flavor with Caribbean vibes featuring Mangos, Pineapples, Hibiscus, and local Scotch Bonnet Jamaican Habaneros and African heirloom Fatali peppers from my friends at Simple Promise Farms in Elgin, TX. Has a decent kick with a 6/10 heat rating and goes fantastic on pretty much any protein.
Around here, flavor comes first—heat just comes along for the ride.
Plenty of sauces out in the wild are hotter, but a 5/5 on my scale means it’s fiery enough to make you sweat while still playing nice with your taste buds.
