Ramen Kaiju
Inspired by the deep, complex flavors of a killer bowl of spicy miso ramen, Ramen Kaiju brings together fermented chiles, purple sweet potato, ancho, shiitake mushrooms, white miso, kombu, and fish sauce for a sauce that’s ridiculously deep, earthy, savory, and packed with umami.
Then we turned the heat loose.
The result is a bold, complex hot sauce with layers of fermented chile flavor, rich miso umami, earthy mushrooms, and a slow-building heat that refuses to stay in its lane.
